PolARMA is the national community of research managers and administrators in Poland.

Join us and become part of a growing network that is collectively building standards for research management across the country.

Who can become a member?

Ordinary membership is open to any individual who:

in their professional work performs supporting, promotional, management or administrative activities in the field of scientific research, research projects and related areas,
is affiliated with an organisation engaged in continuous scientific research in the public and/or private sector (excluding consulting and advisory services),
declares readiness to actively participate in achieving the statutory goals of the Association

PolARMA members include staff from project offices, research and international cooperation departments at universities, research institutes, research networks, technology transfer centres, and other research-active organisations.

Membership fees

The annual membership fee is set by the General Assembly of Members. Current rates in
2026:

Membership registration fee (one-time)	100,00 PLN

How to join? Step by step:

1	Fill in the application form Click the button below to complete the online form. Provide your contact details and information about your place of work.

2	You will receive an e-mail with documents Within a few working days we will send you the membership declaration with the GDPR clause, and statute. Sign the documents and return them as a PDF.

3	Pay mandatory membership fees After verifying your documents, we will send you payment details. Both fees are passed to the Board as confirmation of your application..

4	Board decision Your application is placed on the agenda of the next Board meeting (held on a regular, monthly cycle). The Board passes a resolution on Your admission.

5	Welcome to PolARMA! You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a membership certificate. From that moment, you have full access to the PolARMA network and events.
