We support professionals involved in the management of research and scientific projects.

Join us!
PolARMA is a nationwide association of research managers and administrators working in research and scientific project management. It is an initiative created in response to the needs of the community and the experience of professionals who face the challenges of contemporary research on a daily basis — increasing competition for funding, regulatory complexity, digital transformation, open science, and international collaboration.

We connect specialists who organise, support, and administer research projects at universities, research institutes, research organisations, and other entities conducting scientific activities.
Meet PolARMA members
PolARMA responds to the situation of research managers and administrators dispersed across the country, often working independently or in small, low-visibility teams. Our mission is to strengthen this professional community and to improve the quality of research and scientific project management in Poland.

We are building a network of professionals who share knowledge and experience, co-create standards of practice, develop competencies, and represent the interests of the Polish RMA community nationally and internationally..
How to join us
By 2034, we aim for the RMA profession in Poland to be clearly defined and widely recognised, with transparent career development pathways, coherent professional standards, and a national system for the validation and certification of competencies.

We operate based on professionalism, cooperation, transparency, cross-sector openness, ethics, and impartiality, so that the voice of the RMA community can have a real impact on the shape of science and the research system in Poland.
